Senses:

  • (Skt. sopādāna) (Vaidya 1963, 157;). 'Attended by clinging.' Nakamura defines as "to be together with the cause [of clinging]." 〔入楞伽經 T 671.16.583a2〕 [Billy Brewster; source(s): Hirakawa, Nakamura, M-W]
  • (Skt. sahetuka) "Having a cause or reason" (M-W). [Billy Brewster; source(s): Hirakawa, M-W]
