Basic Meaning: four kinds of property of the saṃgha
Senses:
Four kinds of property of monks and nuns, or of the monastery as a whole.

常住常住物 items of continual everyday use.

十方常住物 items of universal everyday use.

現前現前物 the personal belongings of each monk or nun, such as his/her clothing, medicine, etc.
-
十方現前物 universally shared belongings—which are usually the possessions of a former member of the saṃgha, who has now passed away.
