The title of the twenty-seventh fascicle of the Shōbōgenzō 正法眼藏 (95 fasc.) by Dōgen Kigen 道元希玄 (1200–1253). This work was transcribed on the eighteenth day of the third month of 1242 and describes how the goal of Chan/Seon/Zen is not to achieve awakening but rather to realize that the ultimate state is a non-thinking 非思量 realm in which phenomena cannot be measured.
