Skandhila (Soothill gives Sugandhara), Sarvâstivādin 說一切有部 scholar from Kashmir 罽賓 who lived at the end of the fourth century and is said to have been the teacher of Vasubandhu 世親 and Saṃghabhadra 衆賢. He is the author of the two-fascicle introduction to the abhidharma, the Ru apidamo lun 入阿毘達磨論. Transliterated as 塞建地羅, 塞建陀, and 索建地羅.
