Senses:
(10 fasc.) A work on the biographies of 117 noted Japanese Zen masters that was compiled by the Chinese monk Gaoquan Xingji 高泉性激 (J. Kōsen Shōton; 1633–1695) of the Japanese Ōbaku school 黃檗宗. This is a condensed version of an earlier work, Fusō sōbōden 扶桑僧寶傳 (20 fasc.), which contained biographies of over 400 monks.
