Basic Meaning: gathering causes

Senses:

  • One of the ten causes 十因 taught in the Yogâcārabhūmi-śāstra. Causation that occurs depending on the six bases of instantaneous cessation, objective realms, faculties, activity, heroic performance, and reality.
