  • Also written 智聰. Huiyan Zhizhao 晦巖智昭 (n.d.), a monk of the Dahui branch 大慧派 of the Linji school 臨濟宗. Zhicong was dharma heir to Jianweng Ruyan 漸翁如琰, and, at Wanniansi 萬年寺 on Mt.
