Basic Meaning: mārga

Senses:

  • Transliteration of the Sanskrit, meaning path; track, way, the way; the fourth of the four truths 四諦, i. e. 道, known as the eight holy or correct ways 八聖道, 八正道, or gates out of suffering into nirvana.
