Basic Meaning: bSod nams Seng ge (Go rams pa)
Senses:
(1429–1489) (Ch. Guorangba Suonan Sengge). One of the most influential figures of the Sa skya order. He is regarded by Sa skya tradition to be the reincarnation of Grags pa rgyal mtshan (1147–1216). He wrote Distinguishing the View (lTa ba'i shan 'byed), which discusses dBu ma (Skt. Madhyamaka) philosophy. His Collected Works (gSung 'bum) fill 13 volumes. [John Powers; source(s): HDT]
