Basic Meaning: Keirin Sūshin
Senses:
(1652–1728) A Japanese monk of the Rinzai school 臨濟宗 who acted as abbot of Myōshinji 妙心寺. He is believed to be the author of Zenrin shūheishū 禪林執弊集 (1 fasc.), which was published in 1700 under the pseudonym 花園末葉亡名. He was the author of Hekiganroku juko ryakuge 碧巖錄頌古略解 (4 fasc.) in 1704. He passed away at the age of seventy-six on the fifth day of the eighth month in the Zuiun'in 瑞雲院 of Myōshinji.
