Basic Meaning: concentration without [directed] awareness and without [sustained] contemplation

(Skt. avitarka-avicāra-samādhi, Pāli avitakka-avicāra-samādhi). Also translated as 無尋無伺定; one of the three kinds of concentration 三三昧.
