Basic Meaning: knowledge of change [of ob- jects] following the knowledge of one who has mastery [of mind]

Senses:

  • One of the three kinds of cognition 三智 taught in the Cheng weishi lun that are included in the proof that objects are not indelible entities. "That is, he who has realized mastery of mind can transform earth [into gold], etc., at will. If objects really exist, how can they be transformed?"
