Basic Meaning: two attachments: to emptiness and to existence

  • The two (false) tenets, or views, that karma and nirvana are not real, and that the self and phenomena are real; these wrong views are overcome by the 空有二觀 meditating on the emptiness of the self and phenomena, and the reality of karma and nirvana.
