If you have a Paypal account, institutions and libraries can for a 1-year subscription by sending US$300.00 to the email address of acmuller@l.u-tokyo.ac.jp. Payment should be accompanied by an institutional agreement form that includes a list of your institution's IP address blocks. (See list of subscribing institutions.)
