Tongtai si
- A temple located in the northeastern part of the Jiangning 江寧 area of Jiangsu 江蘇. Built under the auspices of Emperor Wu of the Liang 梁武帝 in the ninth month of 521. The original temple had a nine-story pagoda. This was to be a favorite temple of the emperor, and many large dharma convocations were held here, concerning such scriptures as the Prajñāpāramitā sūtras 般若經, the Nirvāṇa Sūtra 涅槃經, etc. After the passing of Wu, the temple fell into decline, but was rebuilt again in the Song, with the new name of Fabaosi 法寶寺. This temple would again later fall into ruin. 〔釋氏稽古略卷二、金陵梵刹志卷二、梁書本紀第一至第三〕
