A complete digital version of the Korean Buddhist Canon on a single CD-ROM, input with the support of the Samsung Corporation and the The Daejanggyong
Research Institute of Haein-sa Monastery. The first version of this CD-ROM was completed in November of 1996. While an advanced and exemplary project in this field, full dissemination of the data is impeded by limitation to Korean platform and by a file structure that makes search difficult. Efforts are still continuing to further increase the usability of this extremely valuable compilation.
